My initial reaction to the release of the latest boxed set was pretty much that of quiet disinterest, since we already know how to play. I had the opportunity to play today at our local game store and I have to say that the components in set alone are well worth the money. The cardboard minis and stands, flip mats, dungeon cards and dice alone are well worth the price, even if you never touch the rules. However, for those who've been begging for Paizo to make a rules light version of the Pathfinder RPG, here it is! The beginner box is a total win!
